1. Appointment requests

When you submit the appointment request form, we collect your name, phone number, requested service, preferred date/time, and any notes you add. This information is:

• Stored securely to process your appointment request
• Sent by email to clinic staff so we can follow up and confirm your visit
• Not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

2. AI Smile Scan (photo upload)

If you choose to upload a photo to the AI Smile Scan tool, that photo is sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic, the maker of Claude) for automated analysis. Please understand:

• This is optional — you never have to use this feature to book an appointment
• The analysis is a general, automated observation, not a medical diagnosis
• A licensed dentist reviews your case in person before any treatment decision is made
• We do not permanently store uploaded photos on our own servers beyond what's needed to process the request
• Photos are processed according to Anthropic's own privacy and data handling practices, in addition to ours

3. What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal or health-related information to advertisers or data brokers
• We don't use your photos or health information for anything beyond responding to your request

4. Your choices

You can request that we delete your appointment request record or contact information by emailing us directly. You are never required to use the AI Smile Scan or WhatsApp booking to be seen at the clinic — you're always welcome to call or visit in person.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the website's features change. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
